Bandung: Farmhouse Susu Lembang

Farmhouse Susu Lembang well-known for its hobbit house. You know The Hobbit right? The main character in prequel of The Lord of The Ring is a hobbit named Bilbo Baggins who lives in Shire.
When you're arrived at the gate entrance, there is several staff who would ask for passenger's amount. The ticket price is affordable (20,000 IDR/person and 10,000 IDR/car) because it's already included a cup of fresh milk with various flavour. Entering the area there is direction board, but I didn't take a look well so I decided to start with a left-turn.

Spoiler: if you want to take a picture in front of Hobbit house, take a right-turn!

In this Farmhouse Susu Lembang, you could take a lot of picture as much as good spot for it. I love the ambiance. I just love how the bright color mixed so well here. But the pedestrian path is less-spacious, especially on weekend. Too much tourist! Like you have to wait some moment to take a picture with clear background view (other visitors back and forth). I do not know whether the development is done yet, because I think they still need improvement for the area.

There is a store who sell fresh fruit, snack like grilled sausages, croissant, milk pie and even handicrafts! I love the way they decorated the stores. There is also a cafe inside, because of the exterior is nice so we order for our breakfast. Actually we're already feel a bit full because of the welcome milk, but still we need to at least enjoy the view upstairs. The cafe serves coffee and breakfast menu such as zupa soup and egg benedict. I ordered the zuppa soup, altho it's a bit pricey (located in public attraction) but the taste is good and lemongrass hot tea. While waiting for our order, we strolled around the cafe to take a picture.

For you if you wondering how much we spend at this coffee shop.

Zuppa Soup (40,000 IDR)

Behind this cafe there is a little garden which has green stuff hanging on its ceiling.

Q: Best spot to take a picture?
A: All of them! But, the restaurant building which i love the most.

In Farmhouse Susu Lembang you could see many people wearing holland traditional outfit. Mostly they are visitor who rent the costume which is cost about 50,000 IDR. I do not know how they survive in the costume, because the weather was so nice and the sun shines brightly. And it's kinda hard for me to open my eyes properly.

There is also attraction named petting zoo, it's like feeding the sheep or baby cow. I could smell the smell of the sheep from the beginning, but somehow I didn't get to there. Because time flies so fast and we had to heading our next destination.

Lack:
The area of Farmhouse Susu Lembang is quite small, because the buildings itself already fulfilled the area, so the pedestrian path is crowded by visitor.

Tips:
Best time to visit is 9.00 a.m. like the attraction is barely opened and there is less visitor before mid-day. The parking lot in Farmhouse Susu Lembang is less-spacious as well, but do not worry. All the way to Farmhouse Susu Lembang, if you take a look by your left window you'll see some parking lot in case the parking lot within Farmhouse Susu Lembang is full.
